We respect intellectual property and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the EU Digital Services Act, the French LCEN (article 6), and, for US rights-holders, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. Sending a notice
Email legal@meetmymodel.ai (subject “Copyright notice”) or write to XXXXXXXXXXX SAS, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], France, with:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorised to act for the rights-holder;
- identification of the work you claim is infringed;
- identification of the material on the Service (URL, Companion name, screenshot) with enough detail to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury for US notices, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them.
2. What we do
We acknowledge within 24 hours, remove or disable access to the material within 1–3 business days of a complete notice, notify the user who provided it, and record the notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court. We forward it to the notifier; unless they inform us within 10 business days that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the content.
4. Trademarks and other rights
The same procedure applies to trademark and other intellectual-property claims; for personality rights and likeness, see the Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
