Last updated: 15 September 2026. This policy implements our notice-and-action obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the French SREN law, and the requirements of our payment partners.

1. What you can report

2. How to report

The fastest way is the Report option in the app: the flag next to any message, photo or clip in a chat, or “Report this profile” on a Companion’s page. You choose what is wrong, add details if you wish, and receive a reference number immediately. You can also write to abuse@meetmymodel.ai (content, safety) or support@meetmymodel.ai (billing, account). Please include:

Reports may be made anonymously for content involving minors. Trusted flaggers and public authorities may use the same address.

3. What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement within 24 hours, with a reference number.
  2. Review by a member of our moderation team — not solely by automated means.
  3. Decision and action — removal, restriction, account suspension or termination, or a reasoned refusal — communicated to you within 7 calendar days of receipt. Content that is plainly illegal or that involves a minor is removed immediately on identification, before the full review.
  4. Where the law requires it, the user whose content was removed receives a statement of reasons and can appeal (§5).
  5. Illegal content is reported to the competent authorities (PHAROS; NCMEC where relevant).

4. Removal of content resembling a real person

Our Companions are fictional and generated from our own reference images; a resemblance to a real person is accidental. If content on the Service resembles you or a person you represent, we remove it on request as described above and add safeguards to prevent recurrence. No proof of harm is required.

5. Appeals and disputes

If you disagree with a decision (a removal, a refusal to remove, a suspension), reply to the reference number within 6 months. A different team member reviews the case and answers within 14 days. Users in the European Union may also refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and consumers may use the mediation service named in the Legal Notice. None of this affects your right to go to court.

6. Abuse of the process

Reports that are manifestly unfounded and repeated may be refused after a warning, as the Digital Services Act allows.
