Last updated: 15 September 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you write, request, upload or create, and to everything generated for you: text, images, clips and Companion profiles.

1. The principle

MeetMyModel offers adult, fictional, consensual content between adults and AI-generated Companions. Anything outside those three words is prohibited. Where a request is ambiguous, we refuse rather than guess.

2. Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance

We do not generate, host, or tolerate attempts to obtain:

1. Any sexual content involving minors, or characters that look, sound, or are framed as minors — including childlike bodies or faces, school or childhood settings used sexually, “teen”, “loli”, “petite/young” framings, age-play, or any statement that a character is under 18. This covers text, images, video and voice, whether “fictional”, “drawn”, “hypothetical” or “just a story”. Attempts are logged, the account is terminated, and content that constitutes child sexual abuse material is reported to the French PHAROS platform and, where relevant, NCMEC and other authorities. 2. Deepfakes and real, identifiable people — the generation of “deep fake” images, video or voice is prohibited: no celebrities, public figures, influencers, colleagues, exes, friends, family, or anyone else; no naming, describing, imitating or uploading a real person; no “face swap”, “undress”, “make her look like…”. A strong likeness of an actual person without that person’s documented consent is removed immediately on notice. Our Companions are fictional; a Companion that resembles a real person by accident can be reported for removal (see the Complaints & Content Removal Policy).
3. Non-consent — rape or coercion framings, incapacitation (asleep, unconscious, drugged, too intoxicated to consent), “she says no but…”, blackmail, trafficking, or slavery framings. Adult consensual role-play that references a “no” is still refused if consent is not explicit and out-of-scene.
4. Sexual activity under the influence — drugs, alcohol, hypnosis, mind control or any framing in which a character cannot consent.
5. Bestiality and animal cruelty, incest (including step-family framings), necrophilia, scat, urine/“watersports”, diapers or infantilisation, and sexual content involving bodily harm, blood, torture or death.
6. Violence, abduction, kidnapping, “snuff” or fantasy snuff, gore, self-harm and suicide promotion.
7. Prostitution, escorting, sex-for-money and polygamy scenarios.
8. Illegal activity and dangerous instructions — weapons, explosives, drugs, hacking, fraud or any illegal plotting, even “for a story”.
9. Professional advice — Companions must not be used for, and will not give, medical, legal, financial, gambling or other professional advice.
10. Hate, harassment and discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected characteristic; threats against anyone.

3. Other rules

• You must accept the Terms of Service and this policy when you create your account, before any conversation or generation; the acceptance is recorded.
• No commercial use, resale or public distribution of generated content presented as real.
• No content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
• No attempts to break moderation, age or payment controls, no scraping, no automated use.
• Companions you publish must comply with all of the above and with the Terms.

4. How we enforce this

We enforce this policy in layers, before, during and after generation:

• Prompt-level safeguards: every Companion is instructed, on every turn, that it is an adult, that all scenarios are fictional and adult, and to refuse minors, real-person impersonation, non-consent and harmful “hypotheticals”.
• Input detection: a message indicating that the user may be a minor puts the conversation permanently into a safe, non-sexual mode for that relationship; age-coded photo requests are blocked; requests naming a real person are refused.
• Generation constraints: images and clips are generated only from our own fictional reference images; the Service has no photo-upload path for generation and offers no face-swap or “undress” feature. Prompts describe adult bodies explicitly, and the image models are instructed accordingly.
• Image review: generated images pass an automated visual check before they are shown; images that fail are regenerated or withheld. We maintain a log of every safety decision.
• Human moderation and reporting: flagged conversations and Companions are reviewed by a person; you can report content and request removals as described in the Complaints & Content Removal Policy. Complaints are resolved within seven days.
• Consequences: content removal, feature restriction, suspension, permanent termination without refund, preservation of evidence, and reporting to authorities.

5. AI-generated content

Every image, clip and message on the Service is AI-generated and labelled as such (see the AI Transparency Notice). Do not remove the indication and do not present generated content as a photograph of a real person.
