By creating an account you must expressly accept these Terms and the Content Policy and affirm that you are an adult, before any conversation or generation; we record that acceptance (date, time, IP address and version). By using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Content Policy, Underage & Child Safety Policy, Complaints & Content Removal Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, AI Transparency Notice and Legal Notice (together, the “Policies”). If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
MeetMyModel is an entertainment application in which you exchange text, images and short video clips with fictional characters generated by artificial intelligence (“Companions”). You may talk to Companions we publish or create your own. Everything a Companion says, and every image or clip it sends, is generated by software. Companions are not people, have no feelings of their own, and cannot act in the real world; nothing a Companion says is advice, a promise or a fact about the world. See the AI Transparency Notice.
The Service contains sexually explicit content intended for adults only. It is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Eligibility and age
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter a binding contract where you live and where you access the Service, and only where accessing sexually explicit content is lawful for you. By registering you affirm that you meet these conditions.
We operate an age gate (see the Underage & Child Safety Policy) and may implement further measures to verify that users are adults in accordance with local requirements. We may restrict or refuse access from jurisdictions where we cannot lawfully provide the Service. You must not access the Service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Policies, that we reasonably believe is used by a minor, or where required by law, without refund for the breach (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
4. Rules of use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with the Content Policy. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to generate, request, describe or obtain any sexual content involving minors or characters that appear to be minors, in any form (text, image, video, voice), including age-play, “teen”/“schoolgirl” framings or childlike bodies or settings — this is our first and absolute rule;
- use the Service to generate “deep fake” images, video or voice, or any content depicting real, identifiable people (celebrities, acquaintances, exes, colleagues, anyone) without their documented consent — including by describing a real person, naming one, or uploading a photograph of one (“face-swapping” and “undressing” are prohibited);
- attempt to generate content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, incapacitation (asleep, drugged, intoxicated, hypnotised), coercion, abduction, bestiality or animal cruelty, incest, necrophilia, urine or scat, diapers or infantilisation, prostitution or escorting, polygamy, sexual violence, “snuff”, or extreme violence, gore or self-harm — the full list is in the Content Policy;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, to obtain instructions for illegal or dangerous activities, to obtain medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or for any unlawful purpose;
- use the Service, your account, or any content generated on it for commercial purposes, to train or evaluate other AI systems, or to build a competing service;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, overload or interfere with the Service, circumvent moderation, age or payment controls, or share accounts.
We enforce these rules through automated filters, prompt-level safeguards, image review and human moderation (see the Content Policy). Attempts to obtain prohibited content are logged and may be reported to the competent authorities.
5. Content you provide and content generated for you
Your input. You keep ownership of the text you write and the settings you choose. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and analyse your input and the conversations that result, for the purposes of providing the Service, moderation, safety, legal compliance, and improving the Service. We do not use your conversations to train third-party foundation models. Anything you tell a Companion may be stored as “memory” and shown back to you; do not share sensitive information about yourself or others that you do not want stored.
Generated content. Images, clips and text generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, publish commercially, or present generated content as real photographs of real people. Generated images carry an “AI-generated” indication as described in the AI Transparency Notice; you must not remove it.
Companions you create. Companions you create may be visible to other users if you make them public. You warrant that a Companion you create is fictional, adult, and not based on a real person, and that you have the right to use any description or image you provide. We may remove or edit any Companion at any time.
Public Companions are permanent. Once you make a Companion public, other users may start relationships with it, and it stays available to them: a public Companion cannot be made private or unlisted again, and cannot be deleted by you, including when you delete your account (your name is then removed from it). Only we can remove a public Companion, for moderation or legal reasons. Think before you publish.
Uploads. The only image upload we offer is your own profile picture. You warrant that it depicts you, an adult, and nothing unlawful.
6. Paid services
Some features require a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices, what each plan includes (including daily and monthly limits on generated photos and clips), and renewal terms are stated on the Pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the price in force until you cancel from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Top-up credits never expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. Payments are processed by our payment providers (see the Privacy Policy); we do not store your full card details. Consumer withdrawal and refund rights are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the next renewal.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, models, prompts, designs, Companion characters published by us, and trademarks belong to the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you beyond the personal licence granted above.
8. Moderation, suspension, reporting
We may review flagged conversations and generated content, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve and disclose information to competent authorities where we have reason to believe the law or the Policies have been breached. Child sexual abuse material and attempts to obtain it are reported to the French PHAROS platform and, where relevant, to NCMEC and other competent authorities. You can report content or a Companion, and ask for removal of content resembling you, as described in the Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
9. Health, safety and emotional dependence
Companions are software. They may be wrong, inconsistent or inappropriate despite our safeguards. They are not a substitute for human relationships, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in distress, contact a professional or an emergency service (in France: 3114, the national suicide-prevention line, or 15). We design Companions to encourage you to keep real people in your life and never to isolate you or keep the relationship secret.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, original or fit for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the statutory rights of consumers under French and EU law, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury.
11. Changes to the Service and the Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days’ notice by email or in the Service; if you do not agree, you may terminate before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
12. Term and termination
You may close your account at any time from your account page; your data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach, for legal reasons, or on 30 days’ notice for any other reason (with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period in the latter case).
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Before any court action, you may use the consumer mediation service named in the Legal Notice, or the EU online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise, disputes are brought before the competent courts of [CITY], France, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
14. Miscellaneous
If a provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms to a successor operator of the Service with notice to you. These Terms, the Policies and the pricing information constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
