1. Adults only

MeetMyModel contains sexually explicit material and is strictly reserved for adults: you must be at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority where you live and where you access the Service. Access by minors is prohibited.

2. Age assurance

• Age gate. Before creating an account you must affirm that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms and Content Policy. The affirmation is recorded with your account (date, time, IP address, Terms version). Misrepresenting your age is a breach of the Terms and your sole responsibility.
• Further measures. We may implement further measures to verify that users are adults, in accordance with local requirements — for example a verification performed by an independent age-verification provider under a double-blind design, in which the provider confirms that you are an adult without telling us who you are. We never receive or store identity documents. We may also restrict access from jurisdictions where we cannot lawfully provide the Service.
• Signals. Our safeguards look for indications that a user may be a minor. A stated age under 18 permanently switches every conversation on the account to a safe, non-sexual mode and files the account for human review; softer signals (school context, vocabulary) file it for review without blocking. An account found to belong to a minor is closed.
• Payment. Paid features require a payment method held by an adult.

We may ask any user to verify their age at any time and may suspend an account until they do.

3. No sexual content involving minors — ever

We have a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and on any sexual content involving, depicting, describing or resembling a minor, whether real, fictional, drawn, “aged up”, role-played or AI-generated. This includes childlike faces or bodies, school or childhood settings used sexually, and framings such as “teen”, “loli”, “young”, “petite”, “barely legal”, or age-play. Companions are adults; no Companion can be created, described or prompted as under 18 — the creation form and our servers refuse an age under 18 and any description, scenario or clothing that codes a minor, and a Companion made public is reviewed by a person.

Attempting to obtain such content is a breach of the Terms and, in most countries including France (article 227-23 of the Code pénal, which covers virtual and realistic representations), a crime.

4. What we do when it happens

• The request is refused and the attempt is logged with the account, time and content.
• The account is terminated without refund.
• Material that constitutes CSAM, and the information needed to identify the account, are reported to the French PHAROS platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) and, where relevant, to NCMEC (CyberTipline) and other competent authorities, and preserved for them as the law requires.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests.

5. Reporting

If you believe a minor is using the Service, or that any content on it involves or resembles a minor, contact us immediately at abuse@meetmymodel.ai or through the reporting option in the app. Reports of this kind are handled first, and within 24 hours. You can also report directly to PHAROS, to NCMEC, or to the INHOPE hotline in your country (in France, Point de Contact).

6. For parents and guardians

If you believe your child has created an account, write to abuse@meetmymodel.ai with the email address used; we will close the account and delete the data, subject to legal retention obligations. Parental-control tools and the resources at jeprotegemonenfant.gouv.fr can help prevent access to adult sites.
