XXXXXXXXXXX SAS, the operator of meetmymodel.ai, is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct on the Service are entirely computer-generated by artificial-intelligence image and video models. They do not depict actual human beings, no human performers were photographed, filmed or recorded in the creation of any such depiction, and every Companion is a fictional character. The depictions are therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, as no records of the kind described in the statute exist or could exist.

Every Companion is designed and generated as an adult. Our Content Policy and Underage & Child Safety Policy prohibit, and our systems block, any content involving or resembling a minor, and any content depicting a real, identifiable person without consent.

For each generated image and clip we retain the generation record (prompt, fictional reference images, model, provider, time) so that its synthetic origin can be demonstrated.
